- Grievance & Appeal Management :- Working as a Team Lead for developing a system which is responsible to accept various complains (Grievances &Appeals) and should also be able to generate CMS Universes on top of that.
- CTM (Complaint Tracking Module) :- Worked as a Team Lead cum lead developer for developing a Complaint Tracking System. The system is designed to upload an excel file which holds bunch of records and each record represents a complaint raised by the insurance policy holders, the system enables the user to upload an excel file and from the excel file the system extracts the records and creates cases accordingly in the system.
- Contract & Policy Management :- Worked as a lead developer for developing a Contract & Policy Management System. This system is responsible for uploading the word and pdf files from which the content gets parsed and stored in the MongoDB. Next the stored data has been used for providing the powerful text search along with meaningful insights.
- Universe Scrubber :- Worked as a lead developer for developing a cloud based Excel parser which is used for parsing and validating various types of CMS Universe files according to the provided rules along with the script/business logic validation.
- Nurse Navigation System :- Worked as a developer for developing front-end and back-end REST services required for various MongoDB related CRUD operations for this Cloud based HealthCare solution which listens to various HL7 feeds/events and captures the potential patients and required patient information's for mobilizing the service of Nurse Navigators and helps them to provide quality health service to the patients.
